Victor´s operational expertise makes a difference in the development of every project. He is a pragmatic and efficient problem solver.

In 1996, after completing his Master´s Degree, he accomplished a Post-Graduate Degree in furniture design that let him acquire his ability as a “Detail Keeper.” For many years he worked on several of the most prestigious architecture firms in Argentina as a Construction Manager and Technical Director. At the time he was in charge of important buildings such as Promenade Palermo Tower, Forum Puerto Madero, and Colonos Plaza Puerto Madero. It was here that he carried out an everyday supervision to ensure that designing details proposed in documents were strictly respected. Among his challenges, the Hyatt Hotel in Recoleta is the most representative.

The art of making the hotel operate inside of an ancient historical building, “The Duhau Palace,” was a success. Here he brought new technologies to the classic style of the palace and reconstructing its original details.

Victor Birembaum holds an Architecture Masters Degree from Buenos Aires University. He is married to architect Mariana Martinez, and is father of Enzo, Simon and Felipe with whom he shares his passion for magic. He himself has been an amateur magician since he was a teenager.
He also shares his love for sports, playing beach and indoor volleyball for a team.
